Does BotBlox still offer the BB-POE-D-1 in the “C” version? Do all of the connectors and pinouts remain the same for the rev D boards? In other words, if we designed adapter boards to physically mount the rev D boards, would the connections and pinouts all be the same, not requiring electrical modifications to be made?
Answer:
PoEBlox has been replaced by revision D, and we do not have any revision C units available.
The main differences are that the board shape was reduced from 65 x 50 mm to 50 x 50 mm, and a different transformer is used due to supply chain issues.
The mechanical mounting pattern is different and the connectors are in slightly different parts on the board. But electrically, the pinout is completely the same, you would not need to modify anything electrically.
