Problem:
DroneNet board was not detected on the DroneCAN network in Mission Planner when connected to a Cube Orange+. Customer confirmed wiring, power supply, and configuration parameters were correct. The board powered up and showed LED activity but never appeared in DroneCAN discovery.
Solution:
Support performed troubleshooting including power verification, current draw checks, wiring review, and testing with an external 5V supply. Customer confirmed a CubeNode ETH adapter worked immediately on the same setup, isolating the issue to the DroneNet board. The unit was determined to be defective and we issued a free replacement.
