Q: I have seen a lot of conflicting information online. Do you offer support to reflash the GigaBlox Rugged with firmware to add support for VLANs? Please advise.
A: GigaBlox Rugged is not capable of supporting VLANs unfortunately.
If you need VLANs with four gigabit ethernet ports, then an alternative option would be UbiSwitch + UbiSwitch BaseBoard Mini.
