Puck Mini Ports and Ethernet Pins

Question:

I’m using one of the ports of the Puck Mini with a 100BaseT ethernet device, using the pins from 20 to 23 (port 4, pairs C and D), while I have ports 1 and 2 connected to two Gigabit devices, which are working fine.

The device on port 4 is not communicating at all, do you know if the issue can be related to some settings of the switch?

The device on port 4 is on static IP (same subnetwork of the other two devices).

Answer:

For 10/100BASE-T, you would need to use the A and B pairs of the ethernet pins. Pairs C and D are only used for 1000BASE-T.
